A wedge-tail eagle assembled from recycled metal has caught the imaginations of visitors to the Waterhouse Natural History Art Prize™.
Kingscote artist Indiana James has won the coveted People’s Choice Award in the 2010.
The well-known artist has won $5,000 for his highly commended sculpture Restraint – Wedge-tailed Eagle. A record 5401 people cast their votes in this year’s exhibition, with Indiana’s work being the standout favourite.
